Kevin is a has worked in the construction industry for over thirty years. He was a building superintendent for a major home builder in Southern California overseeing the construction of over 5000 homes from custom homes to condos. He has owned a custom cabinet company and an Interior design firm.   

 With a passion for world missions he has organized and led Christian mission teams throughout the U.S., Europe, Africa, South America and Asia. Working with churches, he has led construction teams around the world building homes, schools, churches, retreats and medical centers. He has been the project coordinator for over 30 world mission teams administrating the acquisition and transportation of building materials to remote locations all around the world. He holds a B.S and MDiv in Theology and a PhD in Biblical Archaeology.

After graduating from College, Terry pursued his passion of golf course development.  He has worked thirty-three years on countless construction projects around the United States and the World, Terry still has the drive and passion for golf. For the past 20 years he has been representing Owners, Municipalities and Golf Course Architects providing them with construction management and quality assurance. Terry spent 8 of those years working in Europe and Asia for Gary Player Design, Braemar Golf Management and JMP Golf Design.  Terry has not only provided construction management and design coordination on some of the finest golf courses, he has also managed the construction of several clubhouses and related facilities. He is uniquely qualified in every aspect of the construction industry as managing General Contractors and subcontractors has given him a keen eye for detail to make sure Owners are getting the best product available.

Anna brings an exceptional ability working with clients having years of experience in office management in banking and insurance. She makes every effort to schedule your appointment at the earliest opportunity and communicate between the client, the inspector and any other parties involved.  If you have any questions before or after your inspection she can make sure you find the answers immediately.
